Following his 1993 Contemporary Christian recording "Above and Beyond," Charlie fulfilled a long-time dream in 2004 with the release of his all-instrumental guitar CD "read between the lines."  This album has found fans in Japan, Australia, the UK, Hong Kong, and throughout the world.  The CD won both the Kweevak Readers' Survey Award as well as Music Project of the Year. Featured on Guitar Nine Records' site, "read between the lines" was also praised in the April 2005 issue of 20th Century Guitar, which called Charlie "a master  of the rock, jazz, and blues instrumental guitar sound," and spoke of the album's "impressive musicianship and a hook you could hang your hat on."  This 11 song CD can be ordered by clicking HERE.
